The Connection Youth Services (TCYS) provides assistance to teens and families in crisis. TCYS is located in Howell, Livingston County, Michigan. TCYS is a program of the Livingston Family Center, a non-profit United Way agency. TCYS is primarily funded by state, federal grants and private donations. 24/7 Toll Free Crisis Intervention and Referral telephone line.

Safe emergency housing for teens between 12 - 17 years old.

Transitional Living Program including Host Homes and Apartment program for homeless youth between 16 - 20 years old.

Case Management services.
